What changes the price

1. The menu tier. The gap between the cheapest and dearest menu is R65 a head — salads, hot sides and dessert, not more meat.
2. Guest count. Below 25 people a whole lamb stops making sense; we quote a half lamb or a different cut instead.
3. Travel. Inside the metro there is no travel charge. Out past Paarl, Franschhoek or Melkbosstrand we add a per-kilometre rate, shown on the quote.
4. Halaal-friendly preparation. R20 a head on any menu.
